Chuck E Cheese

Pics & video from Gabe's very late birthday party at "Chuck-Cheese."

Nice, Dad...

Nice, Mom...

You can actually see his brain if you look closely.

Sally (Emile's mom) can't resist that chin flab!

It's Raining, It's Pouring...

We got a lot of rain about a week ago and Matt took Jesse out to play while Gabe and I had a nap. That's right, a NAP! It was GREAT! And Matt & J had lots of fun in the flooded areas of the yard. Nifty outfit, huh? He's a very stylish young man.

Playing at Uncle Jake's House

We realized the day we went home that throughout our stay with Jake & Trish and our wonderful girls, we hadn't taken a single picture! And by then everybody but us was gone! Ugh!!! Anyway, here are some of the kids keeping busy while we got packed to leave.
We miss those guys so much.

I Know Everyone's SO Sick of Easter... (woops)... I Procrastinate, So Shoot Me!

Daddy just came home! (Four days before Easter.) Let the hunting begin!
We put the real eggs back into the carton, then used the baskets- or bucket, as it worked out (we do things Jesse's and/or Gabe's way), for the plastic ones. We hid almost eighty in all, just for the two boys. We'll take any excuse to spend time outside.
And HA HA! The weather here was already beautiful.

What, exercise? This yard is far too big for that.
I'd rather drive, thankyouverymuch. (He's my boy!)

Gotta pee-Gotta pee-Gotta pee

Awww... How cute. Some garbage that's blown into the yard...

Is it just me, or does his body language in this picture look
like it flew out of a Norman Rockwell painting?

A White Trash Easter

We kept putting off the whole egg-dying situation cause we didn't have the energy to worry about the mess and potential insanity. So it was the night before Easter and we realized we still hadn't done it, but we still weren't in the mood to steer the kids through the process. So I, being the lazy butt that I am, ran to the store for a Sharpie rainbow pack and a plastic table cloth. How wonderfully ghetto, I know... I got home around 9:00 pm and we did the dangerously permanent deed, and put the boys in bed. Jesse woke up a bit later and helped me dip the marked-up eggs into the dye before we sent him back to bed. They actually came out really cute! Good tip for next year, for those with little ones.

Kid humor.
